El Programa de Fortalecimiento de Habilidades Blandas, dise\u00f1ado por la alta direcci\u00f3n de nuestra Facultad, busca satisfacer la necesidad de proporcionar a los estudiantes un plan de capacitaci\u00f3n para mejorar constantemente sus habilidades personales y profesionales. El objetivo principal es lograr una formaci\u00f3n integral, fortaleciendo sus capacidades y relaciones interpersonales a trav\u00e9s del autoconocimiento y la simulaci\u00f3n de casos reales relacionados con sus actividades laborales.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mientras que las habilidades duras, tales como el manejo de la informaci\u00f3n y el conocimiento son f\u00e1cilmente medibles y generalmente est\u00e1n desarrolladas en nuestros estudiantes, las habilidades blandas son m\u00e1s invisibles y complejas de desarrollar, ya que se basan en h\u00e1bitos que no pueden ser transformados mediante la educaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

En la FIQT, nos esforzamos por formar un equipo de docentes y especialistas que crean en el potencial de nuestros estudiantes. Utilizando metodolog\u00edas activas y sostenibles, buscamos potenciar al m\u00e1ximo las habilidades de nuestros estudiantes.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

El objetivo del Programa de Fortalecimiento de Habilidades Blandas es proporcionar a los participantes una serie de herramientas que les permitan reconocer y mejorar sus propias habilidades. De esta manera, podr\u00e1n mejorar su desempe\u00f1o en el entorno laboral y alcanzar los objetivos comunes, a trav\u00e9s de la construcci\u00f3n de relaciones interpersonales m\u00e1s efectivas con sus clientes y equipos de trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
